I am so glad I found this, it is just too cute. My little cousin loves Thomas. I am doing custom gift tags for Christmas and this is just perfect. I tried it last night and your instructions were perfect, thanks so much.

I'm having a hard time getting the instructions downloaded. I got the second file, but the first one I wasn't able to open. Suggestions?

I can't get it to open either, the pattern download. And I even emailed the author, with no reply. I had to download a program that took more than 2 hours just so I could try to get it open. This must be a bad file now..

I am using Cricut Expression 2, I have the George and Basic Shapes but like Christine, I have no idea about the size of each cut. Any update?

Thankyou, I have just made this it fits on a 6"x4" card. You can tell the size by the measurements on the mat. I too had a lot of trouble opening it but eventually it opened.
Very nice.
